5 DAYS AGO • CHARLOTTEOBSERVER.COM
Shining with the Sooners Elvis is averaging 13.3 points and 4.3 assists across 30.3 minutes through three games to begin the 2024-25 season with Oklahoma.
Impact Elvis has been the primary shooting guard for the Sooners and has started each contest, but he's also managed to post career highs in scoring and distributing despite the move to a tougher conference. The fifth-year senior is also shooting a career-best 46.7 percent from the field, planting him firmly on the fantasy radar in SEC-only formats and beyond.

Injured against UMass Elvis suffered what appears to be a leg injury Sunday against Massachusetts, per David Jablonski of the Dayton Daily News.
Impact Elvis went to the locker room after attempting a layup during the Massachusetts game's early minutes. According to a later post by Jablonski, the injured guard returned for a brief bit. However, Elvis did not either play much after or warm up before the game's second half, again per Jablonski. He was limited to five minutes and is questionable at best as the Dayton team prepares for a game Friday at Duquesne.

Won't play in conference tournament Elvis (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of the A-10 conference tournament, David Jablonski of the Dayton Daily News reports.
Impact Head coach Anthony Grant confirmed the unfortunate news of Elvis' status following Thursday's win over St. Joseph's. The 6-2 sophomore suffered an unlucky injury after colliding knees with a teammate in the regular season finale and won't be able to make it back for conference tournament play. It's unclear if he'll be able to return at all if the Flyers end up making the NCAA Tournament or receive an invite to the NIT, leaving opportunity for R.J. Blakney and Mike Sharavjamts (knee) to pick up the slack in the backcourt in his absence.
MARCH 10, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Unavailable for Thursday's matchup Elvis (knee) is not in uniform prior to Thursday's Atlantic 10 Tournament game against Saint Joseph's, David Jablonski of the Dayton Daily News reports.
Impact Elvis collided knees with one of his teammates on the final play of last Friday's loss to Saint Louis, and it's since been determined that he'll be unable to give it a go for at least the first round of the conference tournament. Malachi Smith, Mike Sharavjamts and R.J. Blakney are all in line to handle additional backcourt minutes while the 6-foot-2 Elvis remains sidelined.
MARCH 9, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Injures knee on final play Elvis injured his left knee on the final play of Friday's 65-61 loss to Saint Louis, John Bedell of WHIO-TV reports.
Impact Elvis banged knees with Mustapha Amzil and ended up lying on the court as the final buzzer sounded. The sophomore guard should be considered questionable for the conference tournament.

Scores 13 in second straight start Elvis recorded 13 points (4-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound and four assists in 34 minutes during Tuesday's 85-81 OT victory over Loyola Chicago.
Impact Elvis has now appeared in four games since returning from a lower-body injury and his most recent two appearances have been as part of the starting five. On Tuesday, he played his most minutes since returning and recorded his second-highest scoring total. The sophomore appears in line to serve as the primary shooting guard for Dayton moving forward.
FEBRUARY 1, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Starting Saturday Elvis is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game versus Richmond.
Impact Elvis is set to presumably see an increased workload in the starting lineup. It is unclear if this decision is matchup based or something that could stick going forward.
JANUARY 28, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Eight points as backup Elvis (lower body) finished Saturday's 76-69 loss to George Washington with eight points (3-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt), one rebound and two steals in 13 minutes.
Impact Davis almost scored 10 points despite being used as a backup option Saturday. Fantasy managers should not be surprised if he is part of Dayton's starting lineup again sooner than later. Before sitting out 12 matchups the team played from Nov. 30 to Jan. 17, Davis averaged 10.1 points across his seven games started and logged during November.
JANUARY 21, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
DNP vs. Davidson Elvis (lower body) did not play during the Flyers' 68-61 win Tuesday versus Davidson.
Impact Elvis' lower-body injury prevented him from playing 12 games the Flyers have had since Nov. 29. Currently, their next matchup is at George Washington on Saturday. Elvis' availability may be a game-time decision.
JANUARY 18, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Warming up ahead of Davidson Elvis was spotted warming up despite not playing in Friday's loss to VCU, David Jablonski of the Dayton Daily News reports.
Impact The sophomore hasn't played since November due to a lower body injury, but was spotted warming-up in shoot-arounds. His status remains uncertain ahead of Tuesday's matchup against Davidson.
JANUARY 17, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Gearing up for return Elvis was spotted warming up despite not playing in Friday's loss to VCU, David Jablonski of the Dayton Daily News reports.
Impact The sophomore has now missed the last 11 games due to a lower body injury, but was spotted warming-up in shoot-arounds Friday. This is a good sign for Elvis and puts him as a game-time decision ahead of their next game Tuesday, against Davidson.
JANUARY 14, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Out with lower body injury Elvis will be held out of Tuesday's contest with a lower body injury, David Jablonski of the Dayton Daily News reports.
Impact For the 10th straight game, Elvis will be sidelined due to a lower body injury suffered in November. The sophomore was averaging 10.1 points before the injury.
JANUARY 10, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Still yet to resume practicing Elvis (lower body) is progressing but has not yet returned to practice according to coach Anthony Grant, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Elvis and teammate Malachi Smith have both been out since Nov. 25 due to lower body injuries. Both will likely miss at least the next few games. We should get more of an insight on a return once Elvis is able to practice in a full capacity. Elvis was averaging 10.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists before going down.
