2024 Heisman Trophy odds: Heavy favorite Travis Hunter separates from pack

Updated Dec. 2, 2024 2:06 p.m. ET

Colorado's Travis Hunter is on pace to win the 2024 Heisman Trophy, according to the odds.

For the fourth consecutive week, Hunter is in the driver's seat to win the sport's most coveted individual award.

And now that his odds have gotten so short, it's virtually impossible that anyone will catch him.

Let's dive into the latest odds and look at some of the other movement at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Dec. 2.

2024 HEISMAN TROPHY ODDS:

Travis Hunter, Colorado: -10000 (bet $10 to win $10.10 total)
Ashton Jeanty, Boise State: +2500 (bet $10 to win $260 total)
Dillon Gabriel, Oregon: +30000 (bet $10 to win $3,010 total)
Shedeur Sanders, Colorado: +40000 (bet $10 to win $4,010 total)

After Week 10, Hunter was +220 and then moved to +130 after Week 11. After Week 12, he moved to -350. He shortened to -800 after Week 13 and is now sitting at -10000.

"We have never seen anybody do what Travis Hunter is doing presently. Anybody you want to think of as exciting, we haven't seen them do this," FOX Sports National College Football Analyst RJ Young said on "All Facts, No Brakes" about the two-way player.

"The man is playing over 100 snaps in a game. Hand that man the Heisman trophy."

Second on the list is Boise State's Ashton Jeanty at +2500.

This season, Jeanty has racked up 2,288 yards and 28 touchdowns. He's averaging 7.3 yards per carry.

Last week, his odds were +650.

Could Travis Hunter excel as both a CB and WR in the NFL?

Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel and Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders are long shots to win the award, sitting at third and fourth on the board.
